학부(BM)
1) Two contrasting movements from Bach Solo Sonatas or Partitas;
2) Scales with arpeggios and double stops;
3) First movement of standard concertos such as: Mendelssohn, Vieuxtemps, Wienyavsky, Bruch, Lalo, or Viotti.
석사(MM)
1) Two movements from Bach Solo Sonatas in G minor or A minor or C major. Fuga is required;
2) One of the 24 Paganini Caprices;
3) First movement of Major Concertos such as
- Tchaikovsky, Sibelius, Brahms, Prokofiev, Beethoven, Schostakovich, Paganini, Mendelssohn.
박사(DMA)
- A complete solo sonata or partita by Bach.
- A Paganini caprice.
- A major concerto.
- A virtuoso piece.
- A twenty-minute performance from the recital program above.
- A ten-minute lecture on the music performed.
