1.The first movement of a concerto from standard literature
2.Two contrasting movements from any Bach suite or Baroque sonata
3.One etude from one of the following: Duport 21 Etudes, Popper High School of Cello Playing, Piatti 12 Caprices
석사(MM) , Graduate Performance Diploma
The graduate audition repertoire in cello is patterned after a typical undergraduate senior recital. In order to provide some
latitude, the requirements are not dictated. However, you must prepare “sufficient material to perform a full solo recital
containing works which show a diversity of periods and styles.”
Artist Diploma
AD applicants must prepare a program of no less than 70 minutes duration, representing at least three style periods and including at least two large-scale works.
