1. A work by J.S. Bach (two or three part invention, a Suite, or equivalent);
2. A fast movement from a Haydn, Mozart or Beethoven sonata
3. A 19th or 20th century composition;
4. Be prepared to play all major and harmonic minor scales and arpeggios in parallel motion, four octaves;
5. Memorization is expected

Play at least 3 significant compositions representing 3 contrasting periods
MM in Piano Pedagogy
- Play at least 3 significant compositions representing 3 contrasting periods.
- Prescreening is NOT required.
MM in Collaborative Piano
- Prescreening is NOT required.
- Solo Repertoire (one memorized major solo work of applicant's choice)
- Instrumental repertoire (choose the first movement of one of the below sonatas for violin and piano)
- Mozart Sonata for violin and piano in Bb Major, K. 454
- Beethoven Sonata for violin and piano in F major, Op. 24, No. 5
- Beethoven Sonata for violin and piano in D major, Op. 30, No. 3
- Schubert Sonata for violin and piano in A major, D. 574
- Vocal Repertoire (Please prepare both songs in original keys)
- Brahms: Meine Liebe ist grün (F Sharp)
- Debussy: Beau Soir (E)
